Manufacturing Stages
1) Place Order – your 3d models are copied to our production server. You can add requests and attachment files such as renders and shader materials to help in the coloring process.
2) Ready to Make – Ownage determines whether your model can be made, cleans up all your 3d files, and finishes everything needed for manufacturing. Sometimes there maybe a delay here if we have to order paint from overseas. We hope you understand our desire for perfection.

3) Manufacturing – Figure is made and painted and QA checked. The whole process typically takes a week.
4) Ship – Your model is shipped. Typical times for Expedited EMS are 2-5 business days. Airmail can range from 7 to 16 business days. Tracking number is available on the order tracking timeline.
Other Statuses
Cancelled – The user or ownage cancels the order.
Paused – Sometimes we must pause the order to get user input. For example, if the supplied materials or renders are insufficient to produce the best quality, we may ask that you help us render additional views.

Orders can be cancelled at any time for full refund as long as Stage 3 Manufacturing has not begun.
